It's been a busy couple of months since IFBC. I'm long overdue for posting about another great recipe from the Herbivoracious cookbook. This recipe comes from the "side dishes" section of the cookbook and would be a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving meal. I never liked brussels sprouts as a kid but I like them now. One of my favorite ways to prepare them is with bacon which I also didn't like as a kid. This recipe however is vegetarian so no bacon this time. Instead, the addition of apple sweetens it up and I don't even miss the bacon.
