I've been wanting to check out the new library in Seattle for some time now. I had seen a few pictures of it online and it looked pretty fascinating. I'm not sure why I've been putting it off so long. I was finally enticed to go this month with the Seattle Flickr Meetup group for their April Photostroll. I was more than impressed with the colors, architecture, lighting, and views.

I had just received my new fisheye lens that week and was eager to try it out at the library. I thought it would be the perfect place to get some interesting shots. Boy was I right. I hardly took the lens off the whole time. I took so many neat shots that it was hard to choose which ones to post on Flickr. I took a few shots outside as well while we walked to Fado for post meetup food and drinks. You can view the rest of my photos from the library outing in my Flickr set.
